Some more world changes while you wait

You get home before too long. You stow your car in the garage and sit down, before realizing it's only 5 and the powerball doesn't air until almost 10. Bored and quite hungry, you make yourself some simple chicken nuggets. But you've still got almost 4 hours and aren't super horny at the moment.

You decide to make some reality changes.

You start simple. There is way too much income disparity, especially in large corporations, and though it feels selfish since you'll soon be a millionaire, you make a new rule. No CEO shall make more than 500,000 a year from their job. Any excess money shall be distributed among employees, invested in the communities of the locations that they do business in, or invested into improving the company (with the total of the last category being no more than 25% of the company's profits for each year).

You know that one will likely have serious ramifications, especially super corporations funneling money into expansion, but you hope the benefits outweigh the costs.

You decide to make a followup. All public servants shall be unable to lie to their constituents or in any way serve themselves over the people they're selected to represent (this in no way means they cannot overrule those they're chosen to represent if it would honestly help the people).

Then you realize the obvious. You can end discrimination once and for all. Racism, sexism, homophobia, you name it, it could all be gone. There shall be no discrimination anywhere in the world. Quickly realizing the ramifications of that, namely the end of a lot of war even if not all, you add another rule, if slightly cruel: The human population on Earth shall not exceed 8 billion people at any point, global birth rates will fall whenever it approaches 8 billion. This in conjunction with your earlier rule should keep overpopulation from becoming an even bigger problem. And the specification for Earth should still allow space colonization.

You also decide to make some changes to benefit yourself, because you are far from selfless. Time travel exists and the only functional time machine belongs to - you stop for a second here. How should you identify yourself for the website. After a second you decide to make a whitelist again - those listed in the following list. Again you add your name to the list. The website seems to understand what you mean by that as a time machine appears in front of you. Thankfully it seems pretty intuitive.
