Some explaining to do. Part 1 of 2

The doctor organised his papers into a neat little stack and concluded that the tests are finished. "Alright, this should be more then enough. JOSH! You can come down now. I need to discuss these results with the both of you." No sooner then the doctor had called him Josh carefully maneuvered his way down the broken stairs and towards the two of them, with the doctor going through his notes and Liz sitting patiently, waiting to hear the results with a smile on her face.

The doctor noticed him approach. "Ah Josh, your here. Good. I was just going through these notes and... I'm afraid there's no easy way to put this. You might want to find somewhere to sit to hear this out." Josh nodded and went to sit next to Liz, the heat exuded by her muscly thigh warming him up as she dominated the entire side of his peripheral view. The sexual tension in the air is chocking as she had both men wrapped around her finger as there was no doubt that she was the one in control of the entire situation, and she absolutely loved this level of control she had and tried her best to suppress her enjoyment of it.

The doctor cleared his throat as he looked at his notes. "Alright, I don't where to start with this since there's so much to take in but we'll just go with the flow. Starting with Ms Elizebeth's condition. (Liz smiled a little wider at the title the doctor used. Made her sound a lot more respectable) It seems that she was right about it. While she does show similar symptoms to the condition of erectoestrogenexplosia, DNA tests have confirmed it's something else entirely. It turns out that she was infected by a unidentified virus that wrecked havoc with her brain and DNA. Let me explain. Eventually her body had dealt with the virus but it was already too late as the virus has implanted and modified several thins within her DNA. It planted and activated genomes like rapid evolution, growth, response to threat, a complete rewiring of the brain and several other minor things that we have yet to discuss. As a result of all these genomes being activated, it turned her into the women we have before us now."

"The rapid growth gene made Ms Elizebeth's body grow by the rapid flooding of her hormones within her system and the multiplication of her blood. However her body needed energy to do all this in a short amount of time so this is where her both her response to threat and rapid evolution genes come in. By responding to the lack of energy her internal body evolved to provide it by using whatever means it can at it's disposal, efficient lungs for oxygen transfer, hyper efficient blood for rapid delivery, larger blood vessels, making her heart beat slower but more powerfully and a few other minor and surprising things like her very skin breathing for more direct and efficient oxygen transport and thanks to the larger surface area, more oxygen to collect as her body became bigger, absorption of sunlight, a darker skin pigmentation for more efficient absorption, the rapid break down and use of any little molecule of food she eats to make sure that absolutely nothing is wasted. There are lot more things that goes into this but we'll leave it at that." Josh couldn't believe what he was hearing, it's like his sister is the next step in human evolution, or the next leap. With each word the doctor said the smile on Liz's face became wider, her posture straighter and more confident as she exudes an aura of proud authority, one that which both of the doctor and Josh felt as they subconsciously and subtly lowered there heads and back in submission from her powerful visage, getting even stronger by the second.

The doctor continued. "Thanks to how her body modified itself and continues to do so even now (He took a cautious glimpse at her which she caught quickly and winked at him.) she was able to grow rapidly in a short span of time, accelerated by the masturbation of her penis which delivered a flood of hormones into her body, encouraging more growth. Moving onto how she is now able to grow and improve individual parts of her body. While previously it would be her whole body growing at once at a somewhat disproportionate rate, the way she is now able to consciously grow parts of her body is interesting as I'm sure you know as well. "Now this of course raises quite a few questions like why not use the milk directly from the breast, can other food types be used, does it have to be a large quantity of it, are there any specific minerals that are required, what is the exact quality of her milk that provided this? Unfortunately I will only be able to answer one of those questions, that being her milk. As you know by now Ms Elizebeth is able to produce an absurdly large amount of milk for any women. What's more intriguing when I analysed her milk is that one, it is far more tasty then it has any right to be of literally any milk of any kind. Taste any other milk from any species be it humans, cows, goats, camels etc and you will find the taste of Ms Elizebeth milk is leagues better then anyone of them combined. Secondly, upon closer inspection I have found that her milk contains nutrients of ridiculously high caliber and quantity. Basically her milk contains nutrients of supremely high quality and quantity that it explains why her milk is basically much thicker then the average of any other milk. It also explains why her breast are making such loud sounds as it's working over time to produce high quality milk. Although that doesn't explain WHERE her body keeps getting these nutrients to put into the milk since she would have to ingest large quantities of food to even come close to it. When was the last time that happened anyway? We could chalk this up to her evolved body doing what it simply does best but that would simply be ridiculous. Sadly the evidence is staring at us right in the face and we simply have to accept it." While Liz was surprised but happy to discover that she's able to produce milk, she now took an immense amount of pride knowing that her's is better in basically every way as she raised a hand to rub her swollen and taut boobs, making it groan and gurgle even louder as it shook ominously, making both Josh and the doctor a bit concerned as they moved onto the next topic.
