The often overlooked son of the Chief, he is commended as one of the bravest Warriors in the village... maybe that's because he's one of the few Warriors left in the village? He uses a boomerang, and occasionally, a sword. He has a hidden lust for Katara, though he tries not to show it. He is one of the few characters in this story that isn't a Bender.
