Sneak up on her

You start slowly making your way to your unsuspecting prey. But then you stumble on some of the debris lying around on the floor, making her turn around towards the noise.

Your hand hits something as well, and you notice a bottle standing just next to you on a table. The one that Tara carried with her when she ventured inside you realize, still half full of whatever concotion she's been drinking.

"Huh?" There's a slight slur to Tara's voice as she tries to look around the dark room. You stay absolutely quiet, and as you're still in the shadows it seems like you remain unseen.

She takes a few steps closer, much too drunk to be worried about any would-be attacker, and is about to pass you right by while searching blindly with her hands in the air. It would seem like she's actually more interested in finding that bottle than figuring out what was making the noise.
