Frank studied Shannon. Shannon tried to glare back, forcing her body impassive. She repressed her urge to cover herself, keeping her hands plastered to her hips. She hoped this would intimidate the criminal into his place. Unfortunatly, by keeping her hands to her sides she had made a critical mistake. Frank suddenly smirked. Then, with a lightning fast move he snagged a hand forward, grasping her right breast. Shannon gasped in shock at the touch, and looked down just in time to see Frank's finger's curl around her bra cup and pull, tearing the thin straps and leaving her topless.
