Slide under it!

This was the time to use the special sliding ability Wily had developed! Although the oncoming shot was huge, Break Girl managed to confidently nail her timing and slip underneath it, feeling the heat of the plasma as it passed almost low enough to singe her ponytail.

"That overconfidence will be your end, Buster Girl." Break Girl grit her teeth in concentration. "Gotta think... At the very least, I think I can actually use my weapon now. What would be the best way to attack Buster Girl's cute butt- aaah, focus! To attack her and defeat her! She's probably right that if I fire a charge shot like she just did, she'll get out of the way. Maybe there's a trick I could use?"
