So John, you aren't patient enough for a longer story? Oh well, I guess I'll just give you what you want then.

The titles for the situation stories are built up as follows. First you get to know who you will have your action with, second you will know if you're alone or not, third you will know the setting. For example, "Mother, Family, Breakfast table", this means that it's a story where you get it on with your mother at the breakfast table. The kind of action isn't specified, but the entire scene takes place at the breakfast table, you'll be doing it with your mom only, and your family is present, so maybe she's giving you a foot job under the table? Who knows. Another example is "Cousin, Party, Friends place", which means you'll be getting it on with your cousin at a party (several people around) which is held at your friends place. Maybe a drunken accident? Who knows. Or "Sisters, Alone, Home", which means you'll be doing it with your sisters, no one else will be home, and you'll be doing it at home.
