Sit and watch

"Let's sit and watch," Lil said.

It was the fourth pairing on the first go through the women's "dance cards". Four pairs of women were matched up for touch, and two were sitting out until their next partners were available. Sonia Rubin had elected to sit out and be the unmatched thirteenth and let her sister-in-law Miriam do the exercise with Sonia's daughter Tamara.

Lil and Nicola settled back into their place to watch the others. Their next two "dance pairs" were paired with each other for this round. Joyce was giving Amanda a shoulder rub while Bernie was massaging Willow's temples.

"Who do you think has the biggest bum?" Nicola asked. "Unusually I'm not a contender tonight."

Lil giggled. "Joyce or Amanda," she said. The two women were side-on as Joyce massaged Amanda's shoulders. "Hmmm. Joyce."

Lil followed her gaze.

Sonia and Miriam exchanged a glance.

"Who are we with next?" Tamara asked.

"Dorothy may look like Red Riding Hood, but she's the Little Bad Wolf," Sonia said.

Tamara looked worried.

"Not to worry, dear, I don't think she's after you," Sonia said.

The time had come to move along to the next pairing. Sonia kissed Tamara's cheek and nodded to Miriam.

Nicola whispered to Lil, "Make sure you touch her toes." She took Lil's hand and led her to meet Bernie and Joyce.

Willow and Amanda were scheduled for a pass as were Betty and Sherah, since they had just been paired together and their possible pair-ups were with others this time.

"I need to pee again," Willow said. "Excuse me."

"Let me go with you," Sherah said.

Willow blinked. Sherah was looking at her with a smile and a steady gaze. "Okay," Willow said.
