Sidney noticed the step ahead of Lara wasn't as stable as the others. Taking a chance, Sidney unloaded the entirety of her clip on the stair, making it crumble. Lara had to stop, nearly falling into the spike pit below.

With a giant smile Sidney reached the artifact. The ring of Artemis. According to legend any woman the wearer thinks of will be bound to their will.

Knowing Lara wouldn't be stalled long, Sidney slipped the golden ring on.

Sidney turned, hearing guns being pointed at her. There Lara was with her twin pistols pointed at Sidney

"Give me the ring and you get to walk away Sidney" Lara negotiated

Sidney tried to pull her guns out but they were easily shot out of her hands by Lara, sliding away from her into the spike pit.

"Damn you Croft! Your family started as my family's servants! You will always be my servant!"

The ring of Artemis glowed purple as well as Lara's chest. A purple coat of arms appeared on her chest below her neck but above her massive chest. It was the coat of arms of house Rain.

Sidney understood. The ring wasn't bogus and Lara was her property.

"Throw your guns into the pit"

Compelled by some otherworldly ****, Lara threw her prized hand guns into the pit

"What?" Lara questioned in shock as if asking her own hands

"You belong to me Croft"
