Show your admiration for her muscles

Hopefully she won't mind if you get a little more hands-on. You walk around to her head and lightly grip her biceps. They're hard and bulging from the lift. "Man, look at these guns," you say with a whistle of approval.

Ana chuckles. "Took a lot of work."

You circle back around to watch her abdominal muscles tense and relax. "Do you mind if..." You trail your fingers across her stomach, and she lets out a gasp of surprise.

"O-oh," she says breathily. "Um..."

You place your whole palm against her to feel how firm she is. "These abs are perfect," you say in what you hope is a seductive way.

"Thank--Thank you," Ana stutters. She looks uncomfortable, her usual self-confidence flagging. Glancing down, you can make out a growing bulge straining against the tight material of her workout pants. Maybe that's why she's so nervous?
