“You may speak, but only when spoken to. Understand?” Inko asked as she walked over to the closest mannequin and took a riding crop from its hand.

“U-understood. Can I ask if that’s-”

“Lady Domina’s outfit? Yes. That one is her debut outfit and this is her ‘Big Finish’ gear, what she was last seen in. So tell me, what’s your question?” Taking the thigh-high boots and leather corset off the ‘Big Finish’ mannequin Inko slid them and laced them up.

“W-why do you have her full gear? Wouldn’t that cost a fortune, I remember when a piece of All Mights uniform went on sale and it sold for over ¥ 5,000,000,000. That was just one piece, and you have several complete sets which would easily be-” Izuku was stopped mid-rambling his leather-clad mother’s Riding Crop pressing against his lips.

“Honey, I love listening to you ramble but one thought at a time okay? As for why I have her full gear…why wouldn’t I have my own gear?”

Giving him a kiss on the cheek, Inko moved the riding crop and ran it along down his neck.

“But how? Lady Domina retired decades ago? A-and you look nothing like her?”

“Looks can be deceiving. I can make myself minuscule, gigantic, tanned, pale, muscular, skinny, young, old. With my powers, I could do anything, rule everything. And I did, the entire Pacific was my personal playground. But after a while, it got boring. Degeneracy and debauchery lost its lustre after a while so I retired. Settled down, far away from my old stomping grounds, and lived the suburban lifestyle. It was fun. My only worries were making sure you got a good education and a job. But then you said that you wanted to be a hero.” Snapping the crop against the bed, Izuku visibly flinched.

“Mo-”

“Shush shush shush. Mommy’s talking. Now when you said that you wanted to be a hero, I had to worry about that. When you found out you didn't have a Quirk, I thought that was it... then you told me you discovered a Quirk before you discovered another one. It rekindled my passion for degeneracy, but I couldn't really return to being a villain with you being a hero now can I?” Inko paused as she placed her hands on her hips before resuming.

“So I came to a simple conclusion; One of those two things have to change. So I’m giving you a simple task. If you want to be a Hero then you have to prove it to me. If you don’t then you’ll join me as my depraved sidekick. This isn’t optional so your choice is to try or simply join me. Either way works.” Finishing her explanation, Izuku shot up.

“Of course I’ll do it. There’s no way I’ll give up being a hero.” Smirking at his declaration, Inko striped off her outfit and gave it, sans the crotch, to izuku along with her crop.

“Take off my shorts and change into yours. After that, put on my old suit and meet me back here. When you get back, I’ll have your challenge ready. If you fail or refuse then you’ll join me. Now meet me back here after you’re ready. I’ll have your challenge. Now go.” Nudging him out of the room with her crop.

Once she was sure he had left, she opened up the X Rack and some containers of aerosolized Aphrodisiacs, before connecting them to the circulatory system.
