Short.

"Short," you say.

Mrs. Anderson smiles. "Short it is," she says. She takes the mirror from you and has you lean back into the sink so she can shampoo your hair. When Mrs. Anderson's finished rinsing your hair, she has you sit in the styling chair and put on a cape and she gets to work. "I think you'd look marvelous with a pixie cut," she says and she proceeds to cut it short on the sides and back while leaving it somewhat longer on top.

When she's done, she gives you a mirror so you can look at her handiwork. You give a little gasp of surprise when you see yourself in the mirror. You are entranced at how cute you look with the pixie-ish cut she's given you. Your soft feminine face is really accented by the cut. Your masculine pride pricks at you a bit, but you say, "Wow, that's really good, Mrs. Anderson."

"So glad you like it, Parker. Wait until you see yourself with makeup," Mrs. Anderson says, obviously pleased with your reaction. "But first, I need to give you a manicure and a pedicure. Why don't we put some polish on all of your nails, Parker? For right now, I recommend red or pink."
