It covers almost nothing. It is a really short black mini-skirt and a see-through black long-sleeve top. This outfit leaves almost nothing to imagination, you wonder if she would dare to wear it.

Now you have to decide which outfit will you choose. If you choose slutty, Raven would surely retaliate in similar way. On the other hand, she may chicken out and then you would both choose your own dress.
