Shock

Unable to understand what had happened, Cathy picked the girl up and softly carried her over to the bed. She covered Suki carefully. The girl had made no motion except to shiver and her teeth were about to draw blood from her thumb. Horrified, she ran down to Jo's room and began banging on the door. "Jo! Jo, for the love of god, please! HELP ME!"

The door opened and Jo stood there, with a shocked look on her face. "Cathy, calm down! What's wrong? WHAT HAPPENED?!"

Cathy began weepingly telling her story, how their night of lust had become one of horror. "And... and... and Suki's on my bed right now. She won't move, she's chewing through her thumb, and I'm so SCARED!" Cathy collapsed into Jo, openly crying now.

Jo attempted to calm her down with soothing noises. "Cathy please, what's happened? Did Suki say anything to you?"

"She... she... she said she was afraid that she might be in love with me and now she won't move! What can I do?"
