Oh, well, thought Henrietta. At least she left me something to wear. I wonder what I did to annoy her. Probably exist, if I know Edwina.
She strode over to her underwear drawer to get out something to wear under her one remaining dress, only to find that it was empty.
Then she checked the drawer next to it and found that it too was empty.
What is it with Edwina and clothes? she asked herself. Didn't she leave me anything apart from that stupid dress?
She kept opening various drawers until finally she found something with clothes in it. Unfortunately, those clothes consisted of a training bra and a pair of underpants that were decorated by images of My Little Pony.
Funny, Edwina, Henrietta thought sarcastically. Really funny.
Then she went into the bathroom and happily noted that she still had towels. Sometimes Edwina "misplaced" them. Sometimes she didn't.
She turned on the hot water full-blast and since she was already naked, she immediately stepped into the shower.
I need a drink, she thought
No, she then thought. No drink. You know what happens when you drink.
But I really need one bad, she thought. I won't touch the potion this time. Honest.
You always say that before you go drinking and in the end, you end up drinking the potion anyway, she thought.
But Edwina.... she thought.
Edwina wants you to drink, she thought. Don't let her win. Drink water instead.
I hate the taste of water, she thought.
It doesn't have to be tap water, she thought. It can be bottled water.
Whatever, she thought.
She reached for the shower massager and then started to aim it at her special spot. But just as it started to affect her, the phone rang.
Oh, great, she thought. It never fails. Every time I have a chance to enjoy myself, either Edwina interferes or the damn phone rings. Whoever it is this time better be calling about something important.
