As I flew over the museum, I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. I did a sweep using my super human senses. I quickly discovered that one of the skylight windows had been opened, with a telescopic line hanging from it. I also could hear the sound of the security system. It was out. Onyx must be near by.
I flew in throw the window and into the museum. I floated through the various exhibits trying to find the Jade Diamond. I found the Japanese history wing and floated that way. I peaked around the corner and there she was, Onyx. I had to admit, she was a looker. She had pail skin with white hair done up in a tight bun. In her hair appeared to some kind of crown. She was wearing a black and grey skintight dress with a fluffy color. On her waist were two utility belts that cris crossed her hips and her legs were covered in black fishnets. The outfit was complete with a pair a black ankle height boots, gloves with more fluff on the wrist and a black mask.
She was cutting through the glass on what I assumed was the Jade Diamond's case. She cut a clean circuler hole before reaching in and taking the diamond. She held it up to examine it. In the reflection of the case, I could see a twinkle in her eye. No way was I going to let her get away with this but how should I approch this. Should I announce my presence and try to take her quietly or should I take her by surprise and get it done?
