She makes Dr Bluder an offer

Dr Erika Bluder left Ultramom restrained, hanging powerless and helpless. Ultramom’s upper costume was torn open so that her chest was completely exposed. “I extracted it through her breasts with a milking machine, her power is stored in her breast milk and by draining her of it I made her powerless.” Dr Bluder said smiling at her own intelligence for determining the source of Ultramom’s powers and how to take those powers.

The mayor lit a cigarette before taking a puff. Holding the smoldering cigarette in her black gloved hand, she asked, “And Ultramom’s milk, what did you do with it?”

“I have it in containers that are in the refrigerator.” Erika responded.

Mayor DeCigarella exhaled a puff of smoke and handed Dr Bluder a briefcase full of cash. “Here is the money for fulfilling our agreement, but I was wondering if you were interested in sticking around and making more money?”

Erika’s eyes widened, “And what would you want me to do for you?”

There are a couple of other superwomen in this town, Ultimamom and Ultimagirl, who while are not good, they do not share my interests and have been disruptive on occasion. I’d like you to drain them of their powers as well……. You will be compensated appropriately, the same amount for each.”

Erika’s jaw dropped, with that amount of money she’d be able to leave the city and retire to a small tropical island in the Caribbean. She nodded. “of course, if their makeup is like ultramom’s I should not have a problem.”

“Good, see to it.” Mayor DeCigarella said and turned to leave, her heels clicking as she walked away.
