She is pregnant with my baby

I woke up trying to call out for Nicole but all that came out was gibberish, I couldn't figure out how to form words, this scared me and for some reason I felt the so emotional. I started to cry out loud. The door began to open and nicole came in. "Hey sweety, how was your nap" whatever pill she gave me I was a little smaller like 4ft tall now she could now pick me up comfortably. She brought me to the changing tabled to check my diaper. "Uh oh, baby made a mess." She laid my back down and cleaned up the mess I had made and began to tell me. "Sweety I'm pregnant, I know you might not remember but we had sex a couple months ago, and I'm certain its yours, the reason I'm doing this to you now is because, you knew I didn't want kids, and I have to see if its something I want so you're my testbaby" she finished cleaning me up and sat me back up.
