She is able to slip inside

Julie hurried down to the school. She had been by the school on weekends and had seen the janitors dumping trash. Maybe she could slip inside.

By the time she got there the janitorial truck was behind the school. She ran up to the rear entrance nearest to the dumpster and grabbed the door. Locked!! But when she looked in she could see one of the janitors coming down the hall dragging a couple of big bags of trash. She stepped back away from the door and shortly heard the janitor pushing the crashbar and the door opened toward her.

The janitor pulled the bags out the door and began dragging them across the parking area toward the dumpster.

Julie quickly grabbed the door and slipped around it unnoticed into the school.

Her heart was pounding as she hurried down the hall. She tried to listen for other people in the school. She felt like a thief. But she had cheated the blackmailer! It was clear that he had meant for her to have to bribe the janitors but she had gotten in for free!

She reached the office and grabbed the door into the office area. Locked!!

Her heart sank. Now what?

She stood there considering what to do. Maybe she should just give up and go find a janitor and try to talk her way into the office. And then she had another thought. What if she waited until they left. She would have the school to herself. She could figure out another way. Heck, she could break the window on the door if she had to. Whatever it takes to get that letter.
