She hears her friends’ stories

Amber, Quinn, and Johanna sat down at the table near the window of the cafe. It was a quiet little place that usually had very few customers on most days. Currently, most of the tables were unoccupied, aside from a couple middle-aged gentlemen who looked like they may be college professors and some police officers who seemed to be taking a break.

It was the perfect place for the women to meet to discuss how the past few days had been for each of them. While sipping coffee, Johanna relaying her tale to the other girls. They listened sympathetically. Each of them had endured enough punishments to know how brutal they could be.

After Johanna finished recounting her story, Amber spoke up, “That sounds like a dreadful experience, Johanna. Sorry you had to go through that.”

“You know, it’s funny,” Quinn added. “I also had a similar experience the other day. I was at the gym and about to take a shower when a guy came up to me. He claimed that I had almost hit him with my towel when I put it over my shoulder. Can you believe that?! I didn’t even hit him. I ALMOST hit him.”

“That’s ridiculous,” agreed Amber.

“Anyways, he took me into locker room and whipped me with a towel a bunch. Looking back, it was definitely an excessive punishment for something that almost happened.”

“Now that you girls are talking, it’s made me remember something too,” said Amber. “I think maybe the spanking I received yesterday is connected to the punishments you guys got.”

Johanna and Quinn listened intently. These different tales had all started off pretty ordinary, but maybe there was a pattern between them after all.

“I was at the library returning a book,” continued Amber, “and the librarian got really mad at me cause she said that I closed the door loudly. It wasn’t my fault that the door creaked when it closed! I tried to tell her that but she spanked me with a hardcover book anyways.”

“Huh, that does sound pretty similar,” said Quinn. “We should think about this more. How could all these events be connected?”

Johanna and the girls pondered the question silently for a while, continuing to drink their coffee. Just as Johanna was going to speak up, a waitress came over from the counter.

“Is everything okay, ma’am?” asked Quinn.
