Fuck, thought Valerie. The rules said she had to take off the item of Anya's choice. She crossed her arms, grabbing the elastic band of the sports bra, and whisked it over her head. Once it was off, she threw it over to Anya, who caught it with her hand.

"Very clever.", said Anya, on seeing the skimpy lacy bra she had on underneath. "It's all the same, you'll be taking it off soon enough."

Valerie took off running, determined to put some distance between herself and Anya. She spoke into her earpiece, "I've already been hit twice. How on earth is she doing that?"

"I think I know.", replied Hawk. "Iris has access to all the cameras in the building. She's likely watching you and giving Anya info on your location."

"Shit", replied Valerie. "Can you find where she is? I must take her out."

"On it.", replied Hawk. She decided to stay mobile, moving quickly through the building. If Anya knew where she was, she needed to rely on speed to keep her opponent from ambushing her.

About five minutes passed, as she kept moving as silently as she could. She needed to buy herself some time, and hope Hawk would have something for her.

Her earpiece crackled with static. "Uh, Valerie?", said Hawk on the other side. He sounded nervous, unlike his usual self. "What happened?", she asked.

"I have your handler in my sights.", said a different voice in her earpiece.

It was Anya! She had found Hawk. She had not eliminated him yet, seeing as she was talking to her.

"What does she want?", asked Valerie in her earpiece. She heard Hawk repeat it to her.

"I'm in a charitable mood. Come to the central staircase on the fourth floor, weapons down. Let's give you some experience with a hostage situation."
