She goes streaking and pulls a few pranks

Neptune giggled quietly as she stepped a bare foot onto the sidewalk. She was completely naked...in public! The ground felt odd beneath her feet, and the nice breeze felt nice against her bare body. Her nipples naturally hardened slightly from the chill. She breathed in deeply, and exhaled. She looked around, a smile decorating her face as no one was able to see her. She put a hand to her chin as she thought about what to do now.

When the idea hit her, she slammed her fist into her palm. Why not pull some harmless pranks? As long as she didn't go too far, it should be fine, right?

She scanned her surroundings, and spotted a couple standing in line to buy some food. They were talking and laughing together as Neptune crept over to them. She tried to hold her breath as well to make sure her presence was hidden, went behind the girl, and grabbed her skirt. Neptune lifted it up suddenly, and both of them froze as the guy's eyes shot to the girl's now exposed panties. They were a pretty pink with a small bow on the front. The girl's face turned red, and she screeched as Neptune quickly let go of the skirt, letting it fall back down. The guy put a hand on her shoulder to comfort her, and she frantically looked around to see if anybody saw. When she was sure nobody had noticed, she calmed down, and tried to **** a laugh. Neptune slinked away, giggling.

Neptune ran around to find her next target, and spotted a man and a woman sitting next to each other on a bench. They seemed to be strangers, as they weren't interacting with each other. The man was on his phone, and the girl leaned over to get something out of her purse. Neptune snuck up behind them, reached out, and grabbed the woman's breasts. She cried out as Neptune copped a quick feel. They were fairly sized, probably a bit bigger than Noire's, and firm. She let go, and the woman turned around to face the guy on his phone. She blushed angrily and slapped him, surprising him enough to make him drop his phone. The woman stood up and walked away, calling him a pervert. He tried to get up to tell her he wasn't but fell over, as his shoelaces were mysteriously tied together.

After making sure he wasn't too hurt, Neptune walked away, giggling.

Next, she spotted a group of kids enjoying some pudding together by a tree. At the sight of the pudding, Neptune momentarily forgot she was invisible. "Hey, can I have some?"

"H-huh?" one of the kids said as he looked around. "Who said that?"

"I did!" Neptune said as she walked right up in front of him.

"Ah! Where is that coming from?!" the boy said. Neptune was confused for a bit before she remembered. She smile slyly.

"I'm the ghooooost of puddings passsssst~" she said as she waved her arms, even though they couldn't see.

"Ahhh!" the kid said. The other kids were becoming alarmed as well.

"Give me my pudding back, before I steal your soullllllls~" Neptune said in her spookiest voice.

"Ahhh, fine!" the boy said, and almost dropped the pudding as he set it down, and then took off. Neptune wasn't able to react in time as he rushed her, bumping into her. She gasped as his arm grazed her breasts, and he stumbled. He looked around, even more worried, before he ran off, soon followed by his friends. Neptune stared after the boy, feeling a blush on her face as she held a hand to her chest. She turned, and spotted the pudding. She walked over, picked it up, and started eating it.

"Mmmm~" she said. she didn't even think about how this would look from afar: a floating pudding cup shoveling pudding into an invisible mouth, before it just vanished. Neptune quickly finished it, and threw it into a nearby trash can. As she licked her lips, she continued walking around for her next target.
