Jessica took another deep breath to compose herself. She slipped her sneakers back on.

"What's your name?" asked the pretty blonde girl.

"Jessica," she replied.

"You're very confident, Jessica!" replied the girl, looking impressed.

"Why thank you!" said Jessica. "What's your name?"

"I'm Mia," she replied, extended her hand, which Jessica then shook.

"Lovely to meet you, Mia!" said Jessica looking nervous again, "by the way, do you happen to know how long the cycles are on these machines?"

"Sure, which number did you put it on?" Mia asked.

"Cycle 13," Jessica replied.

"Yeah that one lasts for around 4 hours."

Jessica stood there with her mouth agape.

"Four hours?!"

"That's right," said Mia, with a cheeky grin, "What's wrong? Are you suddenly regretting being naked in here?"

"No! No, not at all, I love being naked!" said Jessica, trying to appear confident. "And besides, it's pretty quiet in here."

"For now."

Jessica gulped.

"Don't worry," said Mia, "it's not all bad."

"How so?" asked the very naked Jessica.
