She decides to head to the cafeteria first.

Sabrina looks at her phone. “I still have fifteen minutes before class starts... might as well hit up the cafeteria.” She walks through the busy and rambunctious halls of North Lake High, ready for whatever today has in store for her.

Sabrina opens the double-doors of the cafeteria. Upon entering, she notices something odd. Nobody seems to be in there! Usually the cafeteria is packed at this time, but today it is as empty as can be. “Huh, this is strange...” mumbles Sabrina. “Where is everyone? Even the cafeteria lady Mrs Daniels isn’t here.” She walks over to the beverages and grabs a bottle of orange juice. “Uhh... hello? Is anyone here? Mrs Daniels?” Sabrina’s inquiry is met by complete silence. “Hellooo? I’m trying to buy something!” Again, she is met by utter silence. Nobody’s there! “Well... in that case...” With a devious smile, Sabrina slips the juice into her backpack and walks out. “Guess I’m not paying for it...”

Sabrina leaves the cafeteria and walks over to her hangout spot, the stairs behind the English building. Rebecca and Veronica, her best friends, are already there, along with Robert, a boy Sabrina admittedly has a little crush on. “Hey guys,” smiles Sabrina. “What’s going on?”

“Hi Sabrina,” says Veronica. “Nothing, how about you?”

“Oh... not much, but something pretty fucking weird just happened.”

“Oh yeah, what happened?” Robert asks.

“Well, I went into the cafeteria to get this juice,” says Sabrina, pulling it out of her backpack, “but when I walked in nobody was there. Like, it was totally empty.”

“That’s odd, Sabrina. It’s usually packed...”

“I know, right? Not even Mrs. Daniels was in there, it was a complete ghost town.”

“So... how’d you get the juice?”

“Well, since nobody was there... I just took it.”

The girls erupt in laughter. “Aww, our sweet innocent Sabrina is starting to get a bad side,” giggles Rebecca. “First, she steals from the cafeteria. Before you know it she’s gonna be sucking dick and getting herself into trouble.”

“Oh shut up Rebecca, it’s no big deal,” laughs Sabrina. “Nobody was even there.”

“Well... if you get caught, I’m just saying, we had no part in this,” Veronica laughs.

“Of course,” smiles Sabrina. “But don’t worry. I won’t be getting into any trouble anyway.”

“We’ll see about that.”

The bell rings. As Sabrina and her friends are about to get up and walk to class, they hear rapid footsteps coming from down the way. “What the hell?” thinks Sabrina. “How’d somebody already get all the way over here?”

“Hey! Hold it right there, guys!”
