She asks about her sister.

“What's going to happen to Mandy?” I wasn't really thinking about Alison's sister at that moment, and after a few seconds of confusion, Alison clarifies her question.

“As Lord Patterson you've already taken my mother and me, what about my little sister?” I sigh, a little embarrassed that I even mentioned her mom and sister.

“I shouldn't have brought your family in like that, I'm sorry.” Alison however doesn't seem upset; she reaches past me to the little table near her bed and hands me a picture of her and another young woman standing at the beach.

“Do you think she's pretty?” This is getting a little weird, but the fact of the matter is that Alison's sister is nearly as pretty as her older sister. A little taller and not as curvy, but definitely someone that will be turning heads at school.

“How old is she?” It isn't really an answer, but Alison lets my evasion slide.

“Seventeen.” Then she offers an extra tidbit. “Her birthday's in November.”

“You too look close; did you hang out a lot back home?” Alison takes the picture out of my hand and her smile softens a little as she studies the image.

“Very.” There is a brief moment of silence and then Alison continues without any further prompting. “Amanda is super competitive, Mr. P.” Alison's expressive eyes are filled with pride, “Where I spent my time dancing, Mandy plays sports, mostly field hockey and basketball. She's fearless - you should see her play.”

“I'm sorry I brought her into wh-”

“No.” Alison cuts me off before I can finish the apology. “Don't be sorry, Mr. P. I was just asking because I wondered about what would happen to her ... you know if my father's company really had gone bankrupt like we said.” She turns back to me with a teasing grin. “I think you said you were going to wait until you got tired of my mother and me and then break her in?” I started to protest again, but the coed waved them aside impatiently. “Put yourself back into the mindset of that nasty Imperial Lord, what would you do to that young woman who fell into your dirty hands. She's pretty fierce, Mr. P. Don't expect her to just lay back and spread her legs like I just did.”

“I'm sure there are special training schools she could be sent to.” I smile back willing to play along with this hypothetical scenario. “Institutions where young women like her could be tamed and then instructed in her new duties.”

“Or ...” Alison bats her eyes coyly, “you could do it yourself. What if Mandy wasn't even told about father's bankruptcy or that we were all now your slaves.” She bites her full lip between her bright teeth, “Imagine what it would be like for her to return home from her finishing school to find her mother and sister wearing collars and her father's business rival waiting for her in her bed.”
