She arrives at gym class

"Phew" Lydia breathes out while entering the gymnasium at the same time as the other students.

"Listen up class!" yells the muscular coach as he blows his whistle. "Today we are going to try something new. As you all know we were suppose to be collaborating with Southport and their students but due to the local restrictions it will all be done online. To accompany this I have decided that we will have some stationary workout today, where you can choose between muscles and yoga, and take turns filming it so that Southport students can replicate it during their class. It will be uploaded online where students can rate 1-10 how well a student performs in form and strength where the winner will recieve a prize in form of a scholarship."

The student all looked around in awe, usually the prize was much smaller in form of a t-shirt or something similiar. A scholarship however was life changing.

"I need to win this" thought Lydia. "I am a bit worried about my sports bra however, being seen like this to people in my age that I don't know is a bit embarrassing" she continued thinking.
