She Doesn't, Imediately...

No further conversation between the voice and you is exchanged for the moment. One of the officer Jenny Clones and some guy you don't know burst into the room and tackle you to the ground.

"Gotcha!" the guy states and Jenny uses an 'Arrest Ball' on your Pokémon. (The only kind of ball that can capture an already tame Pokémon.) You are placed in an energy nullifying maximum security cell until you are hauled before the magistrate three hours later.

The hearing is brief, there is testimony from everyone, from professor oak on to officer Jenny. Then the courtroom goes silent as in walks a woman that could be Officer Jenny's grandmother, were it not for the fact that other than the age difference they could be twins...

The bailiff asks, "Please state your name for the court."

The woman smiles a vulpine grin in her cracked and weather-beaten face (while Officer Jenny seems to be on her knees praying), and in a loud and clear, aged but unbroken, contralto the old woman says "Senior Supervisory Special Agent Jennifer Minamoto Prime".

No one says a word. You could hear a pin drop, so total is the silence in the courtroom following that declaration. You are in the presence of a living legend: Jennifer Minamoto, THE Jennifer Minamoto, policewoman du-sans-reproach. The woman who all but single-handedly brought down Team Helicopter. The woman who stopped the Bay Harbor Butcher. The... We could go on like this, for HOURS. Suffice it to say that since she was a junior patrol officer at the age of 18 "Senior Supervisory Special Agent Jennifer Minamoto Prime" has been busting bad guys the length and breadth of the Pokemon WORLD. By the time she was 21, she was already a living legend to the point that they cultured stem cells from her to create the army of "Officer Jenny" clones that now form a significant fraction of almost every police department on the planet.

"S.S.S.A. Jennifer Minamoto Prime, do you recognize this creature?" The Judge asks bringing up a slide of poor Mister Moon.

"No your Honor," the nigh mythological woman responds.

"In all your extensive travels (about which you are at liberty to speak) have you ever encountered anything similar enough to it to believe they are the same species?"

"Again, no," Jennifer replies.

"In your personal and professional opinion: would it be logical for this young woman to have believed she had discovered a new species?" The Judge Probes.

"Entirely," Jennifer says, and your parents start sobbing with relief.

"In light of this evidence it is my finding that these charges should be summarily dismissed and Miss Jun Dainichi's 'Lunapillar' one 'Mister Moon' be returned to her," The judge declares and Raps his gavel once, "Next Case Please."

Outside the courtroom, everyone is enthused! You are reunited with Mister Moon, your very special first Pokémon. Professor Oak gives you a new Pokédex, not as nice as your old one but serviceable, and your parents hug you tightly.

For the next two weeks, you focus on helping Mister Moon grow into a full sized Lunapillar so it can participate in battles. You are researching what he eats frantically with Professor Oak: but it turns out to be fairly easy to deduce. He mostly eats tree leaves, being especially fond of oak and maple. Soon Mister Moon is ready, and you have a little preparatory battle with Professor Oak...
