She Does

Oliver waited for Katie to reply to his picture message while pacing around his room. Someone was setting him up and spreading lies about him looking at pictures of girls in his school. It was ridiculous! It was harassment, but did he dare tell his parents? Probably not Oliver concluded, it wouldn't end well for them to even remotely think that their perfect sweetheart of a son even had a rumor like this spread about him.

Ding. There was his phone. Oliver picked it up quickly and read what Katie had said.

"Yes, I know. I wrote it."

Oliver could feel his heart drop, his best friend, the one person he could rely on most, believed this rumor over what he had to say about it? There was no way that someone wasn't trying to ruin his life now, this was too terrible to be a misunderstanding at this point.

Ding. There was Oliver's phone again.

"Don't ever message me again."

Oliver felt his face flare up and his eyes started to swell with tears. This couldn't be happening.
