Day 4

Dear diary,

Nothing much but relaxing and talking with Jean. She seems very nice and really understanding. She drove me to a pay phone in Faveyrolle and gave me some Euros to try and make some calls to get my assistant to send me some new credit cards. Of course, I'd forgotten that my assistant, Kira, was on vacation at the same time. The temp who answered the phone didn't recognize me and passed me around the all the wrong people before I found someone who actually knew who I was. That's what you get when your company is as massive as mine, I guess. I managed to talk to my co-worker, Brian, and he promised he'd get the assistant to send me something. He took down my address and told me he'd get me something in the next few days.

We are going to the consulate today too, so wish me luck!
