Shannon stumbles across Frank

Shannon walked down the street, scanning as well as she could. The city was a sea of distractions. All these scantily clad people! But she used her trained senses to keep her eyes peeled. Then, after about five minutes, she was shocked to see her target Frank!

He sat in front of a bar reading a paper. Shannon was frozen at the audacity of this man! An internationally wanted criminal and he was lounging in front of a bar in plain view! Shannon shook her head. Some criminals could be bold to the point of stupidity!

Now Shannon was faced with the simply matter of arresting the fugitive. Normally not a big deal. The easy part of the job, a routine. Being clad in a bikini top, mini skirt and thong while doing it though? Not routine at all!

But, Shannon had a job to do. She'd stumbled across a golden opportunity. Promotions, acclaim. All awaited her if she arrested Frank! So, she took a deep breath, trying to steady herself. Then, strutting forward on her bare feet, feeling the air on her body, she moved to confront Frank!
