Shannon gets rescued.

As much as Shannon kicked and wriggled and beat at Frank's legs with her little fists, she just couldn't get free! How had this even happened? One of the best law enforcement officers around (THE best, Shannon privately thought) and she'd been reduced to... to - she didn't want to complete the thought.

Resolving to stop making such a spectacle of her self and simply tough it out until Frank got bored or tired, Shannon tried to lie still and not react. That was easier said than done though and with each slap of Frank's hand on her meaty buttock's, she twitched more, found it harder to keep quiet and (to her horror) felt her eyes begin to well up with tears.

Just as she felt she was about to lose the battle and totally humiliate herself by bawling like a baby in front of everyone, Shannon heard a commotion at the edge of the crowd. There were shouts and some loud bangs and flashes of light before Frank suddenly jumped to his feet, dumping her on to the ground in the process and started running; through her bleary eyes she saw him disappear into the crowd, which was itself rapidly dispersing into the surrounding streets.

Finding herself suddenly and unceremoniously hauled to her feet before being released to stand there outside the cafe in nothing but her embarrassing thong panties, Shannon hurriedly dashed aside her unshed tears and turned around to see her rescuers. What she saw made her wish she was still over Frank's knee.
