Seven Minutes in Heaven

After the final performance, you all head back to one of the four room suites shared by a number of the cast members. The party is loud, and while there might not be any visible ****, everyone seems to slowly be getting tipsy. You spend most of the night talking with a few friends, and starring at Walt Sheridan. He was the one member of the tech crew you couldn't bring yourself to talk to. His chin length black hair hangs in front of his ocean blue eyes, causing you to shiver slightly. You've had a crush on him since you first saw him.

Slowly, the **** several people snuck in boosts your courage, and about halfway through the party, you tell yourself you're going to go talk to him. You take a deep breath, and begin to make your way across the room. You're stopped in your tracks by the sound of Hailey shouting above the crowd.

"Alright everybody! Time for everyone's favorite party game, seven minutes in heaven!" she grabs a couple of black caps from the tech crew, and saunters to the middle of the room. "Everyone write down your name, and put it in a hat! Girls in one hat, guys in the other."

A voice pipes up from the back, "What if you're gay?"

"This is college! Now's the time to experiment, Clint! Alright, there's paper going around. Let's get weird!"

You write your name on a piece of paper, and throw it in the hat, your pulse thumping in your ears. Once everyone has done the same, she reaches into one hat, rustling around a bit before pulling out a piece of paper.

"Brandy!"

A blush immediately rises in your cheeks. You hands go clammy, and begin to shake, as she rifles through the men's cap. After what seems like forever, she draws a name.

"Aaaaaaaand Walt!"

There's some goofy awkward crowd noise, as your face goes beet red. Walt seems slightly embarrassed as well.

"Well, go on you two. The timer doesn't start until the door closes!"

Slowly, you both make your way into the closet, and are quickly engulfed in darkness. You both sit there for a moment, before Walt begins kissing you like you definitely didn't expect. His lips run along your neck, as his hands clumsily grope your body.

"Woah, woah," you push back "What's going on."

"I'm sorry. I've just... I've had a crush on you since the first day of practice. I'm a little drunk, and I just thought-" before he can finish, you grab him and restart the kissing.
