Sectoids

Sectoids look like a taller more thin version of the stereotypical aliens in pop culture, they are very powerful Psionic users but very frail. They use a special device on their arm to amplify their powers to try and mentally control enemies, and when they encounter female resistance they use these powers to slowly corrupt and turn their targets in to mindless cattle for their uses.
