Search her desk

Instead of guessing at passwords, you decide to look through her drawers for some kind of hint.

You find a lot of regular desk items; paper, pens, notebooks, etc.

You do find a planner of sorts, the cover of which is coated in cute little doodles. It looks well used, despite the term having only begun a few weeks ago.

You thumb through it and find entries for various assignments, projects, meetings, all very neat and color-coded, save for the adorable drawings punctuating each page.

You go back to the first page, from before the term began, and you find an entry that says "Enrollment!! Do not be late!! Student Portal Password is:" followed by a long list of random letters, numbers, symbols, and another doodle of an excited girl jumping in the air.

It's possible that she re-uses her passwords, though it seems foolish to re-use one that had been written down in a planner. All the same, you diligently copy the password into the laptop, and sure enough, it opens and you see a wide array of well-named and organized folders.

They seem to contain a large amount of video games, movies, TV shows, as well as one folder for each class and assignment that she was currently working on.
