Search for ships

You decide to search nearby space for ships. You have the computer start searching for power readings and drive emanations and the suchlike. Soon you have a list of about 5 ships within a few lightyears of the system your asteroid is in.

There's a freighter with a heavy cargo load.

There's a liner, the kind that holds about 50 or 60 passengers and about 15 crew.

There's a light warship on a patrol of some sort, an escort with a crew of about 40.

There's a yacht, a noble or company executive's plaything, probably with about 10 to 15 people on board.

Maybe something else just at the edge of your area...
