Chapter 6 by Shibbar Shibbar

What do you do?

Say nothing

You can't really think of anything to say, and remain silent. The least you can do is give him a smile, which he retorts with another smile. You both drink your tea, as rain starts to pitter-patter against the glass panes of the windows.

"It's actually pretty safe to go out when it rains. The can't smell you as well, or hear you. They tend to take shelter as well, just like we do. Guess they're still kind of human, heh." He dunks a digestive in his tea, and nibbles on it, some of the crumbs getting caught in his moustache. He sits there silent for a while. "Wha-" he pauses to collect his thoughts, "What do you think- How do you think it feels to be one of them?"

If I were one of them, I wouldn't have to worry about that kind of stuff." He frowns for a moment, but bounces back. "... Plus, I'd be able to spend more of my time fucking whoever I want." You chuckle, but underneath you're starting to feel a little uncomfortable. It's around that point you notice your shaking.

Your hands start to shake uncontrollably, your head hurts, and your heart starts to beat fast in panic. You look at your cup of tea and drop it on the carpet. It was the tea! There was something in the tea!

Your vision goes blurry and you pass out, the last thing you see is Jo's face, grinning.

You are
