Chapter 7
Sarah chooses...
Sarah comes quietly.
Sarah shook her head, fearful. "No, I won't be any trouble. Please... I'll go with you." She lowered her eyes and then raised then again suddenly as if realizing something. "Will you be able to protect me? There are a lot of men out there..."
I laughed as I buttoned up my own pants and fixed my appearance. "Don't you worry about that, princess." Somehow I instinctively knew how everything related to the TRAP worked. It was actually kind of elegant, in a way. I couldn't explain why it happened; that's anyone's guess. "Stick with me and make it clear you belong to me. No one will bother you."
She didn't understand. "But-"
Irritated, I put two fingers in her mouth to shut her up. "I said don't worry about it. Now take off your clothes, and be quick about it." I withdrew my hand and wiped it on a clean portion of her blouse.
With only a blush as protest, knowing we were going outside, she nodded weakly and stripped. There was nothing sensual about it, she simply undressed and dropped her clothes into a small pile and then waited, wrapping her arms around herself against the chilly air.
"Come on, then." I beckoned. She approached me and I placed my hand on the back of her neck to guide her out the door and into the hallway.
Just before reaching the end of the hallway, I leaned over and whispered into her ear. "If you speak a single word before we get home, I will feed you your own shit. One word. Understand?" The blood drained from her face but she nodded fervently. "Good." I really hoped she didn't make me prove again that I don't make idle threats.
The floor of the cafe had calmed down. The chug I'd seen earlier was gone, along with any evidence of whatever had happened. One of my co-workers must have cleaned up.
My manager, Hank, looked up at us as I led Sarah, naked and trembling with shame, out into the middle of the room. "Hey! You've been on break for forty minutes now. Get back to work!"
I grinned as I shot back, "Sorry, not feeling well. I'm going home. I'll call someone to cover for me."
Hank didn't like that, but he knew it wasn't worth picking a fight with me in the middle of the floor. He regarded my **** and sighed. "Oh great. Are you taking her, too? Fine. Whatever. Just make sure you find someone for her shift, too."
"Sure thing, boss!" I said with a smile and pushed Sarah out of the cafe into the sunlight.
It was a beautiful day. Plenty of people out on the streets as we walked the six blocks to my apartment. Most of them paid a lot of attention to Sarah, but many didn't seem interested. I might as well have been walking my dog. No one was going to rob me in broad daylight over something like Sarah.
As we turned off the sidewalk onto the steps of my building, a well-dressed middle-aged woman stopped me. "My goodness, isn't she cute? May I pet her?"
I suppressed a laugh. Maybe it was a bit more like walking a dog than I'd thought. Sarah looked at me, fully accepting that I had every right to grant or deny the request. After briefly considering selfishly keeping her for myself, I decided there wouldn't be any harm in it.
"Sure." I kept my grip on Sarah's neck, not quite trusting anyone an opportunity to be the only one touching her. I was only mostly sure my claim would stick. It's not like she had my name on her or anything. At least not yet, I decided with a grin.
I watched curiously as the woman cupped Sarah's breasts, fondling them gently. She traced the curve of Sarah's waist and hip with her hand, caressing her thigh, then cupped her soft pussy. Sarah closed her eyes, her face bright pink.
"She's adorable." The woman said to me, smiling. "Do you know if she has any sisters?" She laughed, I laughed. Sarah just blushed furiously.
We exchanged pleasantries and I learned she lived on the second floor. "Room 22. Feel free to visit any time." She said, very friendly.
We parted ways and Sarah and I continued into the building, climbing the four flights of stairs to my apartment.
Once I had her inside with the door securely bolted behind us, I released her with a relieved sigh. I had been a little more nervous than even I had realized.
I smiled at Sarah; she had been a very good girl the entire walk. "See? You're mine."
How to proceed?

Termination of Rights and Personhood (TRAP) *Now Public*
Pick a group to TRAP, choose a character, explore the new world order
At some point in the progression of human history, we became fundamentally good and fair. Just, and kind. Everything was perfect. Or at least, it should have been. Somehow, things didn't work out as well as hoped. Fate loves to play her games, after all. One day, the rules just changed. There was no rhyme or reason for it. Everyone just accepted the new way of things without question.
