Sae Niijima vs Nemuri Kayama

Sae Niijima and Nemuri Kayama or as she was more commonly known as: Midnight, stepped out on the field. Both were confused on where they were at, and why there were there. Sae was in the middle of a interrogation when she was suddenly transported here. She didn't remember anything, it was clear that she was knocked out and brought into a room against her will, but why? She wanted to know, and what the deal was with this hypnosis bullshit that they had to perform. She was given a quick rundown on a tablet she was given, but that didn't really clear up any questions that she had, and there was no one here to help her with her questions. She was given a box with a hypnotic necklace, and a letter that detailed the rules of the hypnosis torunament:

Hypnosis Tournament Rules

1) All must participate, or be delegated to slaves

2) Use any skills or tools you have to hypnotize your opponent. If no tools exist, you will be given default tools

3) Hypnosis battles will be done in a tournament fashion with individual rounds, with the final 5 participating in a battle royale

Sae scoffed at what she read, this didn't make any sense. Hypnosis wasn't real, it was as foolish as the phantom thief business she was dealing with earlier. Nemuri Kayama or more commonly known as Midnight was not as doubting as Sae, though she was as confused as the prosecutor was when she awoke. She was tracking down a suspicious individual around her school, when suddenly everything went blank. She awoke in a room, with no idea where she got where she was. Unlike Sae, she wasn't given a box of tools to use...most likely because she was already hypnotic and had many tools at her disposal, especially given her dominatrix status.
