Bagon calls for help, and a Salamence appears (level 12)!
(I'm not entirely sure how the capture mechanic works when you're against multiple Pokemon, but last time something similar happened in other Pokemon games, you're not allowed to use Pokeballs until there's only one on the field. Maybe they changed it, I dunno. I'll try to remind myself to change this once I check it out and get myself a Salamence.)
