SHOW AND TELL

Barbara Gordon has agreed to speak in front of children in a small classroom as Batgirl. Unlike Batman, Barbara has complete trust in Ms. Moore. She was still teaching, when Barbara was a child, after all. The reason Melissa wanted Batgirl instead of Barbara is to show that even scary heroes aren’t scary at all.

Melissa Moore’s real plan was to bring Batgirl down piece by piece, peel away the layers and show what that humilation did to Barbara In the end.

Over coffee, Melissa tells Barbara all about her class and it’s students, telling her that with Batgirl around, they would have nothing to be scared of. Melissa then gives Barbara a baggie with something folded up inside.

“What is this?” Barbara asks, puzzled.

“Just make sure you have it tomorrow.” Melissa answers, grinning catlike.
