Russ, the director.

"Fantastic stuff! It was raw, it was hardcore, it was real! I got great footage of it all!" Russ applauded, walking in like it was the end of a film take. Ted immediately covered himself with his clothes and looked completely shocked by the sudden entrance. Mindy was equally surprised that the director chose now of all times to show up.

"What the fuck?!" Ted blurted out.

"Where were you?!" Mindy said over Ted's exclamation. Mindy marched up to the balding man in dark shades. "Someone stole my clothes and then I chased him into what turned out to be a bdsm dungeon and then I got dragged to the shopping security and had to do horrible things so they would let me go!"

"Well... it wasn't that horrible..." Ted mumbled back.

"I caught it all babe! Don't worry!" Russ replied, disregarding Ted. "Great shots! Those faces you make... absolutely genuine! You are going to be a superstar with this stuff!"

"Hey, wait a minute... this stuff is on film?" Ted suddenly realized. The security guard instantly marches up to the director and snatches up the video camera. "I didn't agree to this!"

"Relax, pal, you'll get a cut for your performance, don't you worry," Russ said, reaching into his wallet.

Ted slapped the money out of Russ' hand. "I could lose my job over this! Delete that video or I confiscate the camera."

"But that's the climax of the film! The story falls apart without the ending!"

"Then make another ending with some other guy. I don't want any part of this."

"It won't be the same! You had that raw passion that only comes with real experiences! I need this to complete the film! $500! That's a good payoff for your work."

"Are you deaf? I don't want any record of what happened," Ted replied as he played with the camera.

"Hey! What are you doing?!" Russ cried out as he tried to stop the guy from deleting his video. The smaller director got shoved away as Ted pressed buttons, then handed the device back. Russ became crestfallen as scrambled to find any evidence of his recordings but it was all gone.

Ted quickly threw his clothes on and turned to Mindy. "You better go now before my superior comes looking... and take your friend with you if you don't want any more trouble." Ted then went back inside, leaving Mindy with a dejected Russ.
