Run while you still can!

You quickly decide that you can only afoord to trust yourself.

You charge out of your cell, knocking the pair over as you dash down the corridor. Bodies & rubble surround you as you dodge & weave through the ruined prison complex.

As you round the corner, you collide with a guard wearing riot gear. His partner hits you with his gun, & orders you down onto the ground.

The one you ran into stands up as he says, "We don't have the manpower to guard escapees. Put him down."

A wave of panic washes through you as you realize what the guard means by his words, but it passes a moment later when his partner puts a bullet through your brain.
