Run and gun

Jason keeps running as he squeezes the trigger three times. His aim is not quite there but the bullets breaks the oncoming jeeps windshield as glass is thrown into the driver's face. The jeep spins out giving Jason the time he needs to run into the next grove. He reaches the tree line, looking back and gasping for much needed air. The mercenaries in the jeep get out and rush towards him.

Removing the clip, Jason curses to find he has three bullets left. There is two heavily armed men running straight for him as the other two kneel to take aim. Automatic fire rings out as the bark on the tree's next to him explode from the **** of the bullets. Dropping to the ground as pieces of bark fly everywhere around him. Jason rolls into the cover of the giant tree's and takes cover behind one of the gigantic tree's. Breathing heavily and sweat coating his entire body, Jason can either stay in cover and wait for them to enter or he can try for a better position further in the woods. He has only seconds to decide.
