Rude Awakening

The Aerodactyl snorts, quickly making a fast twitch with its head to roll over that causes you to almost jump out of your fur! Yet the infected dragon continues to fall victim to its slumber, snoozing loudly once again and rolling its head back over again. You release a silent sigh of relief from dodging a bullet there and charge your paw with aura as you watch your steps this time. Focusing your powerful energy, you wish yourself luck and throw your fist down, jabbing the Aerodactyl directly in the back of its head that sends a small blue shockwave of blue flames to scorch out from the impact.

You hear a severe thumping noise from the hit as it's easily deafened out by the blood piercing screams of the Aerodactyl. The large lizard howls in miserable shock and agony, flailing its limbs in its nest aimlessly and unable to comprehend what was happening at the time. A massive, flexible wing collides into you to knock you back out of the den and onto your back outside atop the plateau. Your mind rocks back and forth inside of its skull when the back of your head meets the hot and rough ground to smack down on for your own pulsating pain to mirror the infected dragon's dilemma.

You slowly begin to recover from your dizziness to watch the behemoth of a dragon stumbling out if its cave, holding its hands that were connected to edges of its wings at the backside of its head that left a smolder smudge mark smoking out some along with more than just a headache pulsating for the feral. It groans furiously and heavily steps outward while fumbling and teetering some with its glowing, violet eyes struggling to aim straight to focus. You were unable to knock the infected out, but you clearly managed to stun it for awhile which was much more acceptable had it just awoken and chomped you up. Prepared to fight it with Jackal running over to join at your side, you suddenly witness to your horror of the Aerodactyl...
