Pretty much all the equipment in the gym has been modified to allow a more 'physical' workout. The rowing machines are a masterpiece of engineering, one person sits and rows pretty much as standard, but the sets have been designed for a second person to sit in front or behind (or a third if everyone is particularly limber). You quickly wipe down the seat with an anti-bacterial wipe, the cleaning crew are good but it doesn't hurt to make certain, before depositing your naked backside on it.
Kate then sits down behind you, her arms firmly around your waist, wrapping her long legs clad in tight leggings around you. You can feel her breath in your ear.
"Start rowing. I'll watch your pace on the display. If you can pass 500 metres at 24 strokes per minute, I'll start to do some of my own stroking per minute."
