Rot rolled to his feet and tried a sweep but Colleen blocked him.
Her block put her right in the range of an elbow strike and Rot automatically began the attack but pulled himself back. This wasn't about outpointing an opponent in a sparring match, it was about gaining something a lot more important. He could threaten punches, kicks and other strikes but ultimately he was going to have to rely on his jujitsu skills to take her down and get Colleen in a submission.
He tried another sweep followed by a grab but she stepped out of his way, caught his reaching arms and managed a hip throw.
Rot caught one of Colleen's arms as he rolled out of the throw, tugging her after him and, as he rolled to his feet, pulled her so close he felt her breasts yielding to his chest.
"Nice tits," he said.
That got her mad, just the reaction he was looking for. She tried a knee to the groin... the obvious move and he dropped an elbow to her quadriceps, momentarily paralyzing her lower leg. From there, it was simple to sweep her good leg and take her down. Unlike Colleen, who'd let Rot roll to his feet when she'd thrown him, Rot was good enough to stay close, scrambling to get the mount.
Again he'd underestimated Colleen's quickness. Although her right leg hung limply at the knee, she managed to get him in the guard. Which suited him fine. [Note: the guard position involves the defender holding his attacker between his legs... in wrestling and jujitsu, this is a strong defensive position. In sex, not so much.]
"I'll bet," he said, "you didn't think you'd have me between your legs today."
