Rosalina says no

"…I am afraid that I cannot at this time." Rosalina Sighed.

"What?" Mona repeated slack jawed. "Why not?"

"It's not because you are too young or that I don't want to," Rosalina reasoned with the teen. "It's just you do not have the needed natural Cosmic Energy which is what I use." The blond said as she finished up her food. "The big problem is that in order to use Cosmic Energy you need to be naturally born with the ability."

"Can't you just give me the powers?" Mona complained.

Rosalina shook her head and clarified. "No I can not just give you the power to use Cosmic Energy. However." At that word Mona lightened up. "There are two loop holes. The first one is to learn how to drain the energy from Power Ups."

"From power ups?" Mona queried.

"Yes from power Ups," Rosalina repeated. "Power Ups are made of Cosmic Energy. Cosmic Energy is one of the most powerful magic, if not the most powerful." She paused to let Mona soak in the information. "Cosmic Energy is shaped naturally into the form of Power Ups which gives the user the ability to use Cosmic Energy in a set form of use." Rosalina made a gesture with her left hand and in her hand black and white smoke generated. The Energy cloud quickly took form of a Fire Flower. "Yet, if a person is trained right when they use a Power Up they can remove the shell and reset ability to do whatever they want."

"So I could turn a fire flower into pure Cosmic Energy inside of turning into Fire Mona?" Mona raised an eyebrow.

Nodding Rosalina smiled, "Yes. That is one of the two ways."

"What is the other loop hole?" Mona asked the Galaxy Queen.

"The other is Unbirth."

"Unbirth?" Mona repeated.

"Reverse birth," Rosalina explained. "I basically take you up into my womb and transform you into my baby. You'll have all of your current DNA which will be mixed with mine."

"Your kidding."

"Nope," Rosalina shook her head. "I am not and I can make it so you'll keep your memories."

"You can?!" Mona's voice raised. "Really?"

Nodding Rosalina spoke up, "So." She started. "What do you want to do?"

Mona started to think as her face turned a bit serious. Looking down at her plate she thought about which one she wanted before she looked up to Rosalina to give her answer.
