Rosa

When you arrive at the station you are bundled out of the car. The ladies frog-march you inside and sit you down in the interrogation room. They cuff you to the table then leave the room, leaving the door ajar. You notice the interrogation table has many rings, hooks and holes where ropes or chains can be fastened. Also in the room is a Saltire Cross, a leather BDSM Stockade and numerous bars depending from the ceiling.
"I love writing up arrest reports. I'm going to break out a new pen for this." You hear Amy's voice faintly, from the other room. "Ah, that new pen smell." After that Amy stopped speaking, presumably working on the arrest report. Rosa's voice carries to your ears.
"Gina. I need another cane. I broke the last one interrogating that pickpocket yesterday."
"Dayum Rosa." Came Gina's reply. "That's the fourth one this week. D'you want to ease up a little?"
"Not a chance." Rosa said. "I love hitting them hard. It makes them squirm."
"Fine, but why not just use a whip, or a paddle, those won't break." Gina said.
"Don't tell me how to interrogate perps, Gina..." Rosa said, brusquely, then paused for a moment. "Fine, I'll consider it. Now, I'm going to interrogate the perp now. I'll try and get him to give up his bosses. Make sure we aren't disturbed." You hear heavy footfalls then Rosa re-enters the interrogation room holding a duffel bag in her left hand and a large leather spanking cane in her right.
