Rick Thunderheart (Special Police Task from overseas)

Rick walked out and he was a massive man in every sense of the word. He was built like a wall and probably stronger than most humans. He was Dragon by decent but had mostly human characteristics. Two large horns curved back with a small length hair in the middle. He had a strong dark skin face that made people either fear him or love him. His body was...massive. Muscles for days, belly stomach that was harder than iron, and of course strong hands that were now around his wrist. This was probably the only man Lucy let in his panties. It was always a delight but he always seemed to piss off rick.

Rick exhaled and growled looking right into the eyes of Lucy.

"You are testing my patience. You stole from a Shogun! He even described your face. You could have died if I hadn't covered for you. Had to tell him you were some crazy nut that is still in treatment."

Lucy laughed as that excuse sounded so bad but if it worked then whatever. He looked at Rick and hugged his chest in response. He didn't say anything but the hug seemed to calm the pulse of his big man.

"Lu...If I knew how to fix your problems...I would. You need to figure a way out of Japan. China is more accepting than this place. If you can leave. I can be right behind you."

Lu knew Rick can do a lot for him but leaving a Feudal state like Japan was hard...especially since its an island.
