Richard’s room

Dean enters Richard’s room and is instantly impressed with the cleanliness. He has never seen it so clean and tidy. He took a deep breath, it didn’t smell like BO. The reoccurring questions that keep popping into Dean’s head reappear.

Was Richard turning into a better person?

Was the master plan working?

Dean ponders the sacrifice he is making to get Richard to be a better person. Once the plan is complete, Richard would most likely move out and start to live his life to the fullest, that’s what Dean at least hopes. Also his affair with Dean’s girlfriend, Brooke will hopefully give him confidence to pursue other women and hopefully get a relationship out of it. Once all this happens Dean can finally have his house to himself, his girlfriend to himself and he will have the satisfaction of helping out his poor roommate.

Dean can’t help but smile thinking about how selfless he is being, he truly believes in what he is doing will work.

Dean continues to look around Richard’s room, this is the most time he has ever been in his room. Richard’s bookshelf is filled with comic books and videos games. His desktop computer looks like it’s from the future, all these neon lights with a camera on top... Dean inspects the camera, it seems to be facing his bed, Dean wonders if he has recorded Brooke and himself together. Dean shakes the mouse and the screen of the computer lights up.

Password:

Damn, Dean had no idea what the password could be. Risking too many password attempts and somehow alerting Richard of his presence in his room he opts to not try to unlock it.

Dean, bored with Richard’s room, exits to the hallway.

Immediately Dean hears and sees the front door open.

Shit! Dean quickly and quietly needs to hide, Brooke and Richard are back.
